Set up

Today up at 7.30am for a run!! Well I ran 500m then walked than ran then walked ha-ha but more tomorrow!! Our running club is ROR (run of ranch) every meal we have ranch dressing and everyone loves it...... been through a litre in 2days! So that really needs to come off.

Didn’t get much sleep last night, we had a little visitor running up down on the shelf above our beds or in the roof – not to sure what it was but it keep us awake that’s for sure.

Just split into our groups today and worked on what we have and if we need anything. There are so many beads and stuff here so it should be good creating stuff with the kids. We have trips every Wednesday and next week when camp starts we are going to the zoo so that should be fun! Good news not sure if i mentioned it in the last blog but we have been allowed to go out on Saturday night - whoo hoo, like Nicky said we haven’t even seen any kids yet and were already planning our nights out! Not to worry Portia & Cheryl “Foxy Roxy” won’t be making an appearance (I need to keep my job!)

We also have camp fire Fridays when we have a BBQ and s'mores. Then there are special days we have like pirates day and Halloween and we need to make a costume so if anyone has any ideas throw em out there!! We have white sheets to use, make or sew with. And no, Sussex crew, I’m not going as what I went as to the last dress up party....it has to be scary!

That’s all that’s really been happening today, just working out if we need anything and then sun baking in our breaks!

Our address here is Camp Mishannock - 260 Bishops Highway, Kingston MA. 02364 U.S.A. sooo.....care packages anyone!!!

To all the Cape York crew I hope you all have a wonderfully fun and exciting trip keep safe and stay away from Nolan’s Crossing........ that means you Brighty & Randall! Enjoy the warm QLD weather – buy me something good!

Writing this it’s funny we were all dying to get on the net and we all logged onto facebook asap and now no one is speaking and all you can hear is the banging of keys on the key board and its only been 3 days.

Haven’t taken any pics of the camp or the girls yet but when I do, I will be sure to put them up!

Love you all loads
Cheerio

p.s. no Skype yet, I could try to get wifi nears the Nun’s house but have yet to try, will let you know if I can get it.
